There are some cases in the dog training world where some dogs are just not able to meet the expectations that the owner has for them. If there is a situation with your dog where they are not able to learn and be trained, we will reach out to you. If we reach out to regarding this issue, know that we have done everything possible to try and help your dog meet his/her full potential. If this is the case we will never expect you to pay full price for services, the only thing we will ask you to pay is the price of food for the time your dog stayed with us. This is estimated at 15% of what the total cost would be.
Payments should be made on the day of drop off and made every month on that date until program is finished or you withdraw your dog. (Ex. if dog is dropped off on 01/21/23 your next payment w ill be due 02/21/23.) If payment is late 1- 5 days we will pause training of your pet until that period has been paid. If payment is late by more than 5 days we will charge a boarding fee for every day payment is late past the original 5 days, grace period and training will not resume until that period and all fees are paid. If payment is late by a month (one billing cycle) we will charge a $1,000 fee and once all debts are paid we will ask you to come and pick your dog up.
- If there are special circumstances where you are unable to pay please communicate with us and we will work with you as much as possible. We understand emergencies happen and will be willing to work with you if that time comes.
Proof of the following vacinations will be required prior to or the day of drop off.
-Canine Annuals
-Bordetella (kennel cough)
-Flea/Tick/Heartworm prevention
-Rabies
We assure you that we will never intentionally put your dog in harms way or in any training scenario where we think the dog may get hurt. As much as we wish there was never an injury or unexpected health issues to our dogs or yours , there is always a possibility for both. In hunting dogs there is more opportunity for the dogs to get injured due to the elements, terrain, and obstacles they may face. Dogs can get hurt in many ways and it is our top priority to keep them out of harms way in every way possible, however if a dog experiences an unpreventable accidental injury , unknown health issues, or unexpected death we are not responsible.
Sometimes when a dog comes into training you find out very fast if that dog will be aggressive. If your dog comes in and shows aggression towards us or other dogs we will give them 5 days to see if they can become adjusted to their new environment. Usually within 5 days we can tell if the dog is just aggressive due to a change of environment or if that dogs personality is aggressive. If the scenario arises where your dog is repetitively showing aggression towards us or other dogs we will ask you to come and get your dog and you will be charged 25% of one months payment of whatever program you are enrolled in. We are not giving up on the dog ,but it is just not fair for the other dogs or other customers if their is an aggressive dog here. If the dog is only aggressive towards other dogs and not us we suggest you look into private lessons.
